I found the hotel to have a great location right near the beach, which I loved. The rooms, however, left a bit to be desired as they felt old and not very clean. The service was hit or miss; while one staff member was helpful with birthday arrangements, others didn't seem to care much about customer service. Overall, it's decent for the price but definitely has room for improvement.

The rooms were quite old and felt dingy. Despite that, we had a nice seaview because of the surrounding vegetation. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t have hot water on the second day, which was disappointing.

I had a somewhat disappointing stay overall. While the location is great, right by the beach and harbor for whale watching, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the price I paid. The service left a lot to be desired and felt a bit rude at times, but at least the dining staff were nice. Overall, I think this hotel needs attention in various areas to bring it up to par with its competitors.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, close to the beach and great for whale watching. The rooms were beautiful but a bit cramped with furniture and noise from the nearby bar disturbed my sleep on one night. Service was a real letdown, with staff responding poorly to our requests.
